6 x 5kg weight plates, 25.5cm in diameter and 5cm wide
1 x 120cm barbell (8kg weight), with a holder on each end
2 x spring collars to secure the weights.

With this barbell and weight set, you can take your training to a whole new level. Thanks to the plastic coating on the discs, you can also use them without a barbell to make your workouts even more intense. The diameter of the barbell and the hole in the discs are 30 mm. This allows you to use all standardized discs or bars with this accessory, which you can also find here in the Gorilla shop. It's a practical way to expand your home workout space.
